Dane Laraway

Dane's home tracks are Dog Hollow Speedway and Marion Center Speedway. Competing every Friday and Saturday night, respectively, Dane has become a respected and feared competitor on both tracks.

Joining Laraway Motorsports at the age of 15, Dane began his racing career in 2005. With his first career feature race win posted on June 11, 2010, he completed the season by posting a total of three feature race wins. He has posted 19 career heat race wins. When asked which of his feature wins was the most wanted, Dane says “all of them.”

Dane states his most memorable racing moment was his first feature win at Dog Hollow Speedway on June 11, 2010. “If I was not racing I would be watching the races at the track. My goals in life are to be a competitive Dirt Late Model driver and to do well in college.”

Dane’s racing goal for 2011 is to post 10 feature wins.
